Overview

Adams Row extends from South Audley Street to Carlos Place. It was laid out in the 1720s to provide stables and coach houses for the mansions in nearby Grosvenor Square.

Gaysha undertook this project to retrofit this house, one of the first privately rented EnerPHit homes in Central London. The retrofit aim was to maintain all its existing historical features whilst delivering an efficient building to the highest standards.

You can read an in-depth project retrospective on this project in our blog section here.
