Gaysha takes the health and wellbeing of staff very seriously. In these screen-fixated times, it is very easy to fall into a sedentary lifestyle and all of us probably spend too much time each day at our desks. We are strong believers in getting away from our monitors and doing some exercise to get the blood pumping.

In our old office all staff used to take part in exercise bike and planking challenges on a Monday, so since moving to our Victoria office we have signed up to a series of weekly circuit training, spin class and yoga sessions at H2 Fitness Victoria, for all staff to take advantage of.
