Gaysha Limited has today announced the acquisition of GS Contracts (Joinery) Limited. GS Contracts is an interior fit-out and bespoke manufacturing contractor, and will support Gaysha in its growth journey with expansion into the fit-out market.
Founded in 1992, GS Contracts is an established fit-out & manufacturing contractor with extensive experience operating across the leisure, hospitality and commercial sectors. Based in Colchester, UK, GS Contracts offers a full turn-key solution, working with clients from the initial inception of an idea through to completion. GS Contracts have their own manufacturing facility which produces bespoke joinery and metalwork supporting both fit out projects and stand-alone joinery projects. With all manufacturing kept in-house, GS Contracts has full control of its supply chain.

GS Contracts will be governed by the Gaysha Limited Board but will operate as a separate trading entity within the group. Gaysha is a wholly owned subsidiary of MBH Corporation PLC, trading on the Frankfurt stock exchange. This acquisition was supported by the MBH Corporation agglomeration model.
