Ebury Street in Belgravia, runs from the Grosvenor Gardens junction south-westwards to Pimlico Road. It has had numerous famous residents in its history including Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Ian Fleming.
Gaysha undertook a complete internal refurbishment and retrofit project, renovating the four flats within the property, decorating the common parts and the exterior. Undertaken as part of the landlords estate retrofit programme, particular emphasis was placed upon improvement of the energy efficiency and acoustic efficiency between floors, helping the landlord achieve their sustainability targets.
Once the retrofit elements were in place the properties were redecorated to a high standard.
These improvements included:

- Double boarded acoustic ceilings
- Reduc acoustic floating floors
- 400mm quilted wool insulation
- 150mm Celotex insulation
- Aerogel insulation
- 2º glazing
- Double glazing
Once retrofitted these properties earned the landlords Healthy Home awards for Energy efficiency, Natural light and Sound insulation.
