Interior Fit-out and Bespoke Joinery
As part of our mergers and acquisitions program, Gaysha is seeking to acquire businesses that will offer synergies or be beneficial additions to our group, allowing us to strengthen our supply chain.
Our first such acquisition, announced back in the summer of 2020, was Colchester-based GS Contracts. Founded in 1992, GS Contracts is an interior fit-out & bespoke manufacturing contractor with extensive experience across the leisure, hospitality and commercial sectors. GS Contracts offers a full turn-key solution, working with clients from the initial inception of an idea through to completion. GS Contracts have an in-house manufacturing facility which produces bespoke joinery and metalwork supporting both fit-out projects and stand-alone joinery projects. With all manufacturing kept in-house, GS Contracts has full control of its supply chain.
This acquisition is already working well, with Gaysha and GS Contracts having collaborated on several projects together and starting another in the coming weeks. You can find out more about GS Contracts on their website: www.gscontracts.com
